The Confederation of Canadian Unions provides annual bursaries of $1,000 for dependent children of members of unions belonging to the CCU/CSC (including the Public and Private Workers of Canada – PPWC) for the purpose of furthering their post-secondary education.
Deadline: October 10, 2025
The draw to select the winners will occur at the EB meeting in late October 2025. The successful applicants will then be notified by email shortly after and asked to provide the following: Proof of post-secondary enrolment (an official transcript, or a confirmation of enrolment letter issued by the Registrar), and a 500-1000 word essay on the topic “What Does Unionism Mean to Me?”
